Meet Marshmallow - soft, sweet, and stronger than you can imagine

Marshmallow is a gentle two-year-old boy with a heart as soft as his name. His past, however, was anything but gentle. Nearly a year ago, he was found with a devastating, targeted injury to his genitals - so severe it had become infested with maggots. The vets were almost certain it had been intentionally inflicted. Despite the unimaginable pain he was in, Marshmallow still leaned into kindness.

Our rescuers rushed him to the clinic, where he received urgent treatment and a carefully managed neuter surgery with grafting. Against all odds, he healed beautifully, and slowly began to rediscover comfort, safety, and trust.

Today, Marshmallow has blossomed into a happy, affectionate boy who adores gentle human company. He has a calm, sweet nature that makes him wonderful with children, and he gets along really well with other cats. With his fluffy coat, angelic face, and quiet charm, he brings a soft kind of warmth into any room he’s in.

Now he’s ready for his forever home. One that doesn’t mind a bit of grooming and will surround him with the love, gentleness, and safety he has always deserved.
