We adopted our sweet Pebbles from ECM just before Christmas, and we couldn’t be happier with him completing our family and with the entire adoption process. The application form and home video check were easy and straightforward, and communication throughout was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the team’s genuine love and care for their furbabies truly shines through.

Pebbles’ personality was described perfectly, and the team made sure we were the perfect match for him and his needs. Before his flight we were put in touch with his rescuer, who shared lots of helpful details about his habits, favourite foods and more. He arrived fully vaccinated, microchipped, vet checked, and well prepared for his journey. Even after he arrived, ECM continued to offer ongoing support. It's a wonderful organisation with wonderful furbabies - we highly recommend adopting from ECM!

When my old cat died, I started to look for a rescue cat rather than buy a kitten! I saw Gavin online and fell in love with his cheeky face, however I was a bit dubious about applying for a cat outside of the uk! ECM made the process really easy and pleasant though!! They kept in touch throughout, sending me photos and updates and we got Gavin in a relatively short space of time! He really is a naughty, cheeky little monkey, but also so loving and purry! I carried out two private rescues in Dubai, and ECM’s support was invaluable from start to finish. They handled the entire process of transporting my cats from Dubai to London, right to the doorstep of their new owners, with exceptional care and attention to detail. We've adopted two cats now from ECM, several years apart. Our first boy Cyrus was a young adult boy who had a rough time. When we got him, he was very loving straight away, and over time has become the best cat you could ever ask for.

Recently, we adopted Phoenix after her extremely rough start to life. She is now the most loving kitten I've probably ever had.

Cyrus was already in the UK, whereas Phoenix was still overseas, so each process was different, however both were just as easy. Communication was great both times, and even to this day.

ECM genuinely cares about each of their rescues, and likes to make sure they go to the best homes, and even keep in touch, love seeing pictures, hearing stories, and offer any help of advise where possible.

The amazing work they do literally saves lives (mostly the cats, but the humans too when they get their new babies)

We have continued to support them since we first got Cyrus, and we will support them as much, and as long as possible. Even sharing content to raise awareness helps if you can't afford to donate, so we encourage everyone to do what they can.

More importantly, adopt these fur babies, because they've had the love, care and attention they needed to get this far, so now it's up to us to complete that journey.
