Yokito - the life of the party with a heart of gold

Yokito is a joyful, one-year-old girl with a personality as bright as her name. Her story began in heartbreaking circumstances when she was dumped in the garbage at just a few days old.

Miraculously, a kind colony cat took her under her wing. Months later, she reappeared with a small group of kittens - most of whom tragically did not survive poisoning and panleukopenia. Yokito is one of the rare survivors, and she has turned her second chance at life into something truly beautiful.

Today, Yokito is thriving in her rescuer’s home, and she is an absolute delight to be around. She is energetic and playful without being chaotic, affectionate without being clingy - the perfect balance of fun and sweetness. She loves meeting new cats, greeting people at the door, and getting all the pets she can charm out of anyone. Curious, social, and wonderfully friendly, she gets along with every cat she has met so far and happily joins in on playtime with her feline friends.

Yokito adores human company and is always ready to join in whatever is happening around her. She has not been tested with dogs yet, but with the right introduction, she may do well. What’s certain is that she brings joy, lightness, and warmth into any room she enters.

Now, Yokito is ready to leave her difficult beginnings behind and find her forever home - a loving, indoor-only family who will treasure her as she deserves.
